Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and INFLUXX IO LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Influxx", "we", "us"), covering your use of the Seedr application and the getseedr.app website. By installing Seedr on a Shopify store or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Seedr helps merchants run creator and affiliate programs on Shopify: sending gifted products, generating referral links and discount codes, attributing sales, tracking commissions, and recording payouts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for the people you give access to, and for keeping your credentials secure. Seedr acts on your store through the permissions you grant at installation; actions taken through the app, such as creating gift orders or discount codes, are taken on your behalf.

Your creator program is yours. You set its commission rates, its terms, and its relationships. You are responsible for the agreements between you and your creators, for paying the commissions you owe, and for operating your program in compliance with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business and your marketing.

You agree not to use Seedr to send unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to access another merchant's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Seedr subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system on the plan you select. Fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change with notice through the app or the Shopify App Store listing. Uninstalling the app ends billing per Shopify's billing rules.

Commission balances shown in Seedr are records we compute from your store's order data and your settings. Paying creators is your responsibility, made outside the app through your chosen method and recorded in Seedr. We are not a payment processor, we do not hold funds, and we are not a party to your obligations to your creators.

Our collection and handling of information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You retain ownership of your store's data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it, such as storing your program records and processing order webhooks to calculate commissions.

Seedr, including its software, design, and content, belongs to INFLUXX IO LLC and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

Seedr is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that attribution will capture every sale; browsers, privacy tools, and shopper behavior can prevent a referral from being recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFLUXX IO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Seedr at any time by uninstalling it from your store. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if operating the service for you creates legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including data, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will note it in the app or on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
